Set in the original grounds of Sylvanmount House, taking its name from its stunning sylvan setting and the eastern slope of the Carrickgollogan Mountain, the site’s Georgian origins are recorded in an OSI historical map of 1838, which shows that Sylvanmount House and a coach house existed there prior to that date.
The development consisted of the renovation of existing the Coach House, the construction of 1no single storey 3 bedroom gate lodge and 2no. 5 bedroom dwellings.
Spacious, stylish and perfectly finished inside and out, these premium family homes draw inspiration from the site’s Georgian heritage by combining the best of contemporary living and technologies with a deep appreciation for traditional aesthetics and quality craftsmanship.
